    Do I worship Satan?

    By: T. Ansari

What is the meaning of worshiping Satan (Shaytan)?

Anything what we are doing against the will of Allah, and the teachings of the Prophet (SAW), is worshiping Satan (Shaytan).

    • TEST YOUR DAILY ACTIONS AND ROUTINES OF LIFE

When we wake up in the morning, are we starting our morning with the Fajr prayer? Most of the times when we wake up in the morning we are in tension of worldly matters, without remembering Allah, and the dua taught by our prophet (SAW).

When we go to the restrooms without dua, we come out of the restroom without dua, when brush our teeth we are breaking the sunnah of a miswak, which is laughed about today because of lac of knowledge, and we are losing the benifits of miswak, people with lac of knowledge will laugh at this because they think it is a small thing. We get ready without dua, when we are eating on the breakfast table instead of eating on the floor, how we wear a tie when we get ready and pant and shirt, and what is tie, which has become a symbol of success, but actually it represents Jesus crucified on the cross. Without realizing that if the person dies while wearing a tie, we can see what we are representing Islam or Kufr?

    • TEST YOUR LIVING

In today's world, most of the people once they get a bit of money they dream to have a bigger house, the best furniture, and to look best in the society, this is all Satanic attractions, and we will have to answer to the creator, why we wasted our money without remembering our Muslims brothers and sisters suffering around the world.

This is also a act of worshiping Shaytan (Satan) when we think this world is a permanent place. We are trying to build our own Paradise right here in our transit. Our soul comes from Allah, stays a certain period of time in the body, the duration is only known by Allah, then leaves from this world, without us knowing.

    • TEST THE METHOD OF YOUR EARNING

When we are in our jobs and business, and we are leaving the compulsory prayers and we are praying our prayers late or in rush, or we are giving our worldly matters preference over what Allah commanded us, without realizing that this money we are earning is now taking us to hell, so when we are involved in our business, jobs, and our places of earning, we are focusing only growth or of our status, so after this we are worshiping Satan.

Whatever worldly matters one is involved in without remembering the laws of Allah, we are not worshiping Allah but we are worshiping Satan (Shaytan).

Stay in your bed, don’t make a fuss.
Your prayers can wait, give in to your nafs.

What! Go to the mosque, the path you’ll pave?
Don’t bother, think of the gas you’ll save.

Why go the extra miles to be kind?
Don’t share that smile, they won’t mind

Listen to your parents, why should you?
You’re big enough, don’t let them tell you what to do!

Don’t look at those orphans, what could they need?
You have your own problems, and family to feed.

Wear good hijab? Oh me, Oh my, you’ll be targeted as a Muslim and put to shame.
Just wear no makeup, and dress simple and plain.

Don’t worry about Jannah, your place is reserved.
I promise you’ll get all you deserve.

Preach about Islam, and be nice?
Listen to me, and take my advice!!!

Don’t fast during Ramadan, you’ll feel dead.
Don’t go for Hajj, the heat you’ll dread.

Why give charity, or feed the poor?
Don’t do it I say, They’ll just ask for more.

He thinks while he talks, and laughs to himself.

You take me as your friend, and don’t give me a fight.
I’ll take you to hell to gain respite.

On the judgment day we will meet.
Allah’s plan we can not defeat.

Shaytan thinks and thinks of more to say.
Say A’ oothoo billahi, and make him run away.

Dear believer, don’t let shaytan put you to the test.
You can overcome him, just do your best.
